Summer is on its way

The daffodils in the walled garden have been and gone.  Now it is the turn of the blue bells, which are covering large areas of our woodland and fields.  These will fade away over the next few weeks as the trees leaf up and shade them out.  Hopefully the swallows will arrive very shortly & start their nest building under the eaves and so the seasons go by.
