Due to the current Pandemic situation we have taken the decision NOT to appoint new trainees for the year 2021.
Water Park has been successfully running a Trainee program for over 20 years. Over 50% of our trainees have gone on to either had successful careers in the industry or credit much of their readiness to succeed in any career to their time with us.
We offer excellent hands on experience with a great range of clients and provide every day feedback from our extremely talented and experienced permanent team.
The contract term usually runs from early January to late December. Places are advertised around the start of August and we aim to conduct interviews in September.
The contract is a comfortable live-in arrangement with board taken from salaries at source.
Training is provided both in house, and externally through other NGB providers. Water Park will provide the funds for training courses on the basis they are relevant to what we offer and the candidates readiness to represent Water Park well.
