Mental Health First aid course

12 of the staff attended a Mental health first aid course over two days, just before Christmas.  We are all now trained in recognising and assisting people who may have a variety of mental health conditions.  Details of the course content can be found here: https://mhfaengland.org/individuals/adult/2-day/ .
