| Roger Ward - Centre Head- Is a qualified teacher with a BEd. in Outdoor Education, which he gained at John Moores University, Liverpool. He has been actively involved in outdoor education for 25 years and holds extensive qualifications in climbing, kayaking, First Aid, sailing and orienteering. His spare time is spent enjoying all things outdoors with his wife and friends. |
 | Chris Harvey - Deputy Head - Was previously the Deputy at a centre in N.Wales. He is an experienced and qualified teacher, climber, paddler, sailor & environmentalist. He has a degree in environmental studies & holds his MIC, BCU L3 inland & sea, and he is an RYA dinghy instructor. Chris spends his spare time in the mountains, socialising, & with his wife & young child. |
 | Annie Jukes - Senior Tutor - Is a qualified teacher holding an Honours Degree in PE and Sports Science. She has been involved in outdoor education for 23 years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Annie is a RYA Senior Instructor/Coach Assessor and holds a variety of other awards in canoeing, kayaking and mountaineering.Her spare time is spent on the water, in the hills, socialising with friends, & with her partner & young child. |
 | Garry Dobson - Tutor - Has been involved in outdoor education since 1994, during which time he has gained a great deal of experience in both personal and instructional roles. He is a Level 4 Kayak Coach, a RYA Coach Assessor, SPA and ML holder and an RYA Power Boat Instructor. His spare time is spent running rivers, sailing & developing his kite surfing skills. |
 | Adrian Hooper - Tutor - Adrian has spent several years as a tree surgeon & before joining us was at Tower Wood OEC. He is a keen & active mountaineer, paddler & caver, and has completed a number of foreign caving expeditions. He holds his ML, SPA & BCU L2 kayak coach award. |
 | Rachael Dobson - Tutor - Has worked in a variety of outdoor centres in the Lake District over the last 6 years. She is a keen & active sailor, rock climber and hill walker. She holds her RYA Dinghy Instructor, BCU L2 canoe & kayak coach, ML & SPA . |
 | Sarah Hooper - Tutor - Sarah was an accountant in a previous life, but is now an experienced & qualified tutor. She holds her summer ML, SPA, RYA Dinghy Instructor & BCU L2 kayak & canoe award. Sarah spends her spare time walking, climbing, kayaking, canoeing & sailing. |
 | Hannah Hardill - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2008. Hannah has been working as a self employed glass artist for 5 years prior to joining us. She is a keen mountaineer, skier, sailor & climber. Hannah is a history graduate. |
 | Steven Bamber - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2008. Steven joins us from an outdoor eduaction course at UCLAN. He has some experience of working in the outdoors & is a keen kayaker, climber & rugby player. |
 | Katy Livingston - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2008. Katy has recently finished her A levels & is currently working towards her gold D of E. She has done some seasonal work at another local outdoor centre & is a keen paddler. |
 | Jo Herbert - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2008. Jo joins us from an outdoor education course at UCLAN. Jo is involved as a trainer for the D of E scheme & has gained his gold D of E. He is a keen skier, climber & kayaker. |

 | Jennifer Milburn - Office Manager - Runs the office & the domestic side of the centre. She deals with all invoices and is generally the voice at the end of the phone. Jenny and her husband run a sheep farm just down the road from the centre. |
 | Heather Ellison- Housekeeper - Joined us in March 07 after working in Booths in Ulverston. Heather has her own horses and spends much of her spare time riding. She will help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness you have come to expect. |
 | Trish Williamson - Head House keeper - Joined us in July 06 after housekeeping duties in local hotels & for the National Trust. She is one of the team responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness you have come to expect here. |
 | Kirsty Errington - House keeper - Has been with us for severaI years now. She is a key team member in ensuring the building is kept clean and tidy. Kirsty spends much of her spare time horse riding & is an accomplished side saddle rider. |
 | Lisa Taylor - Housekeeper - Has been with us since September 04 & is an important member of our part time team. When Lisa is not at work she is at home raising her young family & studying to become an accountant. |
 | Natasha Morgan - Chef - has been Head Chef in a loacl restaurant prior to joining us in April 06. She is in charge of cooking and ordering all of the food. Natasha is very versatile with her cooking, and particularly enjoys cooking for young people. |
 | Jane Armstrong - Chef - Has been with us for many years as our housekeeper & relief chef. She has now moved to the second chef position & brings a great deal of high quality cheffing experience having cooked for several of the local landed gentry. Jane spends most of her spare time riding & showing her horses. |
 | Jimmy Halliwell - Estate Manager - Has been with the Eric Wright Group for years. He is now based at the centre and keeps everything functioning and the grounds looking neat and tidy. Jimmy is a keen bird breeder, especially parrots. He is rapidly becoming a keen mountain biker. |
