Roger Ward - Centre Head- Is a qualified teacher with a BEd. in Outdoor Education, which he gained at John Moores University, Liverpool. He has been actively involved in outdoor education since his teens and holds extensive qualifications in climbing, kayaking, First Aid, sailing and orienteering. His spare time is spent enjoying all things outdoors with his wife and friends. |

Chris Harvey - Deputy Head - Was previously the Deputy at a centre in N.Wales. He is an experienced and qualified teacher, climber, paddler, sailor & environmentalist. He has a degree in environmental studies & holds his MIC, BCU L3 inland & sea, and he is an RYA dinghy instructor. Chris spends his spare time in the mountains, socialising, & with his wife & young child. |

Annie Jukes - Senior Tutor - Is a qualified teacher holding an Honours Degree in PE and Sports Science. She has been involved in outdoor education for many years and brings a wealth of experience to the team. Annie is a RYA Senior Instructor/Coach Assessor and holds a variety of other awards in canoeing, kayaking and mountaineering.Her spare time is spent on the water, in the hills, socialising with friends, & with her partner & young children. |

Garry Dobson - Tutor - Has been involved in outdoor education since 1994, during which time he has gained a great deal of experience in both personal and instructional roles. He is a Level 4 Kayak Coach, a RYA Coach Assessor, SPA and ML holder and an RYA Power Boat Instructor. His spare time is spent running rivers, sailing & developing his kite surfing skills. |

Adrian Hooper - Tutor - Adrian has spent several years as a tree surgeon & before joining us was at Tower Wood OEC. He is a keen & active mountaineer, paddler & caver, and has completed a number of foreign caving expeditions. He holds his Dinghy Instructor, ML, SPA & BCU L3 kayak & L2 canoe coach award. He is currently working his way through the Munros. |

Rachael Dobson - Tutor - Has worked in a variety of outdoor centres in the Lake District since 2000. She is a keen & active sailor, kayaker & kite surfer. In addition she is an accomplished horse woman. She holds her RYA Senior Instructor, BCU L2 canoe & kayak coach, ML & SPA . |

Sarah Hooper - Tutor - Sarah has been involved in the outdoors since 2003. She holds her summer ML, SPA, RYA Senior Instructor & BCU L3 kayak & L2 canoe award. Sarah spends her spare time walking, kayaking, canoeing & sailing. She is currently working her way through the Munros. |

Rebecca Vale - Apprentice- joined us in January 2012. She has a BA Hons in Adventure Education with a specialism in Extreme Environmental Physiology. She is a keen mountain biker & snowboarder. She enjoys all outdoor sports & will be undertaking a number of training & assessments whilst here.

Rosie Green - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2010. She is a Biology graduate. Rosie is a keen windsurfer & sailor, with previous experience of teaching sailing & windsurfing. Rosie is now a BCU L1 coach, RYA Dinghy Instructor, Start windsurfing level 1 instructor & ML & SPA holder. |

Victoria McCreadie - Apprentice - joined us in January 2012. As a water-sports & management graduate she is a keen wake-boarder & sailor. Vicki holds her RYA Keelboat Instructor award and BCU level 1 coach award.

Alex Stothert - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2010. He is a Geography graduate. Alex is a keen & accomplished windsurfer. He holds his RYA dinghy instructor award & has previously taught sailing & windsurfing. Alex is now an Advanced Dinghy Instructor & SI, and a Start windsurfing Instructor level 1. In addition he also holds his ML & SPA.

Duncan Ward - Apprentice - Joined us in January 2011. He is a Marine Geography graduate. Duncan is a qualified surfing instructor. He has gained his UKCC level 1 award & has done his ML & SPA training.

Jennifer Milburn - Office Manager - Runs the office & the domestic side of the centre. She deals with all invoices and is generally the voice at the end of the phone. Jenny and her husband run a sheep farm just down the road from the centre. |

Heather Ellison- Head Housekeeper - Joined us in March 07 after working in Booths in Ulverston. Heather has her own horses and spends much of her spare time riding. She will help us maintain the high standards of cleanliness you have come to expect. |

Emma Warrener - House keeper - Joined us in September 2009 after working in local care homes. She is one of the team responsible for maintaining the high standards of cleanliness you have come to expect here. |

Alison Nicol - House keeper - Joined us in October 2009. She has a young family & her own horses. She has settled into the housekeeping team well & is helping to maintain our high standards of cleanliness. |

Bev Walker - House keeper - Joined us in May 2011. Bev has a young family & is also a owner of several horses. Walking & assisting at her local golf club are her other pastimes. She is helping maintain our high standards & has particular responsibility for the Wright Lodge. |

Jackie Stoker - Chef - Head chef - has worked as an agency chef here on numerous occasions. Before joining the agency Jackie ran her own successful hotel business in a village near Water Park & prior to this was a senior flight attendant on aircraft. Baking is Jackies speciality |

Jane Armstrong - Chef - Has been with us for many years as our housekeeper & relief chef. She has now moved to the second chef position & brings a great deal of high quality cheffing experience having cooked for several of the local landed gentry. Jane spends most of her spare time riding & showing her horses.

Jimmy Halliwell - Estate Manager - Has been with the Eric Wright Group for many years. He is now based at the centre and keeps everything functioning and the grounds looking neat and tidy. Jimmy is a keen bird breeder, especially parrots. |
